came out, made flat apologies, took precise notes, waved one breakfast charge as a compensation, and ensured that upon returning newt week, everything would be as should be : perfect and reproachless.

The valet parking is the worst in Beverly Hills with the parking staff having no idea if you are arriving or leaving the hotel to the point of frustration and even after I repeatedly told the front desk and

about the problem, there was no acknowlegment of how bad it really was.
