1. Everything, from the staff to the facilities to the experience is first rate without being overstated or looking like they try too hard.

3. What made the Four Season only Two Seasons for us, was the lack of any real connection with the guests and the staff, especially the front desk, all smiles, but no debth and no real interest in you as genuine guest in a top rate hotel.

8. Well all we had was a blunt no, even for an hour ; until I said I was ready to pay (the all around $$$ hunt) : so it was 50% of the daily rate, for occupation until 6.00 pm.
