3. Oh, there are fancier ones with bigger rooms, but it's the overall service and consistent quality of the food that make it great - not to mention FREE self-parking.

4. their beds are the most comfortable ever, the only negative i have is the $35 charge for the parking for this hotel we werent told about this i presumed it would be $18,The other negative i have is the heaters on in the gym this would put you off but overall i would really recommend it and the staff there are so friendly.

8. The valet parking is the worst in Beverly Hills with the parking staff having no idea if you are arriving or leaving the hotel to the point of frustration and even after I repeatedly told the front desk and manager about the problem, there was no acknowlegment of how bad it really was.

9. The day we left, on a Sunday, the City was paving the road just outside, and it must have been a nightmare for the parking staff; you'd never know it - they were calm, organized, and polite as can be getting our car and helping us navigate around all the commotion.
