5. From the front desk staff who know your likes and dislikes, who remember what room style you prefer and on what floor, from the valets who seem to remember you know matter how long it's been since your last stay, to the room service employees who are genuinely friendly and happy to help you out.

6. Tea and coffee making facilities were supplied upon request, and there was a tv in every room, the food and service from room service, was great with the table in the room being laid out correctly, the bed was really comfortable with a pillow selection service upon request.
