Our family of 6 booked 2 rooms at the holiday Inn Express next door to this Hotel we paid in advance but on arriving there we were made very unwelcome the manager there would not accommadate us til late afternoon even though ,we had not slept for 24hrs ,and had requested an early check in when we booked.
