1. Location: Its primary advantage is being blocks away from the heart (cough) of Hollywood Boulevard, making it a good place to park the car and venture out on foot in what is an otherwise unwalkable city.

2. If you want to save on the valet, you can park at the Hollywood and Highland center, where it's $2/hr or $10/day to park, though you don't have in and out privileges.

3. You can pay to park at the hotel for $30/night but there is a garage under the Mann's Chinese Theater complex that is only $8 per day (overnight parking is allowed but there are no 'in-and-out' privileges so you have to pay each time you get your car).
