1. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer available to use at the hotel (at a cost) unfortuantley it was in use everytime we attempted to use it so we ended up using a local laundrette instead.

3. The only negative I can find is that on departure reception booked us a taxi to the airport which cost '$65 plus tip' according to the pretty aggressive driver on a deserted early sunday morning, when a normal taxi off the street from the airport to the hotel during Friday rush-hour cost us $44.

6. Upon checkin we realised there were no fridges in the rooms, we were able to request a fridge for the rooms at an extra cost, no problem, I mentioned this was an issue at checkout and I was informed that all rooms would soon have fridges in them.

7. We used the valet parking because we had rented an SUV, and it came in handy, although it did cost $22 a day plus tips.

10. You can print boarding passes for free but we had a list of California sights that we needed to program our GPS and it would have cost $5.99 to sign on the computer and print those.
