4. Be warned there was 2 people who worked the concierge desk, Renee who I mentioned was fantastic, the other guy only tried to sell us timeshare to get cheap Disney tickets but tried to disguise the fact that it was timeshare so be warned.

6. Even though the concierge was just sitting around when he did finally speak he was nice and very helpful he told us that most of the parks in the area offer discount tickets after 3pm which was more than enough time to enjoy sea world.

7. and the hotel had a sign on the outside that said discount tickets available without tour but when I asked their concierge (who at first i didn't even know he worked there because he was just sitting in a sofa chair chillin) he said that a tour was required so when I asked the front desk person what was up with that she was clueless and and told me to ask the concierge again.
