1. Maid service was good and rooms cleaned daily though we returned back from the parks at lunchtime one day and the room had not yet been cleaned but it did get done.

2. It was clean with comfortable beds and the maid service was excellent, although we did take a tip from another review and decided to leave a small tip for her each day, this was just $2 and well worth the small sum.

3. Please dont believe the bad reviews go and see yourselfs ,we arrived at about 9:30 at night and were met by a very helpful staff who explain everything to us and showed us to our room which was big , we had 2 queen beds lots of draw space and very clean we had maid service every day and clean towels every day if you wanted your sheets changing you need to put the sign on your bed.

4. On the down side we felt the maid service was very hit and miss, our bathroom was never cleaned and the only time coffee was replaced was when we went to the reception on two occasions to ask for some.
