1. so if you want a clean comfortable room at a great rate this HOJO is great, just know that if you have a problem or question some of the staff have a chip on the shoulder or are just clueless.

3. I suggested that a reduced rate or full refund would go a long way in making up for the hassels and poor quality rooms, there were no adjustments made to the billing on my credit card.

4. On Checkout spoke with Virgil ( night auditor ) who knew nothing about the previous nights problems, he was unable to reduce the room rate or offer a refund as only the manager can do that.
