Please dont believe the bad reviews go and see yourselfs ,we arrived at about 9:30 at night and were met by a very helpful staff who explain everything to us and showed us to our room which was big , we had 2 queen beds lots of draw space and very clean we had maid service every day and clean towels every day if you wanted your sheets changing you need to put the sign on your bed.
