3. There was no HOT food, no game room, no gym, leaking water everywhere, every patron I spoke with was unhappy!even told one customer if they didn't like it to stay in KISSISSMEE.

5. It did advertise there was a health club/gym and I was gutted that it was out of order for the whole holiday but I'm sure most people wouldn't be bothered about this on their holiday.
