1. Called the front desk again requested full refund as I was checking out , was informed that they were not able to give refunds and they would move us again to another room.

3. I suggested that a reduced rate or full refund would go a long way in making up for the hassels and poor quality rooms, there were no adjustments made to the billing on my credit card.
