1. It's set back from the main street just enough so you could avoid all the noise yet within walking distance to everything.

6. The 'Park' tower of the hotel should be avoided if at all possible - clean and tidy but dark, dingy and very cold, since aircon was not controllable.

And within 1-minute walking distance of the hotel were a Starbuck's, Subway sandwiches, ABC Store, and a Wolfgang Puck's Express, so I was able to buy groceries and eat decent, healthy takeout and avoid more expensive, sit-down restaurants (although if you want that, there are plenty of those nearby, too, including the hotel's own Lulu's).
