1. Yes, the rooms are dated and in need of renovations but they were clean, and the bathrooms were clean.

3. For us, the pros of: comfy clean king bed, spectacular views, friendly staff, great location and fairly lowish prices (compared to other hotels on the strip) far outweighed the cons: some rooms being quite dark and dingy, the dated and worn carpets,and the need for a new paint job.

4. We stayed here for as a group for a wedding and although some of the furniture is dated and not like the photos on the web site which made the rooms look bigger however the bed was very comfortable and the room clean and we didn't spend much time in the room anyway.
