1. The only problem I encountered was their WI-FI, was too slow when downloading pictures.

Our only issue was the free wifi in the lobby was slow and sometimes didn't work, however Starbucks next door offers free wifi, and one night during our stay the live music at Lulu's (open til 2am daily) downstairs was quite loud, it didn't bother me, but for those wanting an early night, you'd want to be a deep sleeper.

3. It's an older hotel but seems to have the right attitude towards customer service and slowly improving the hotel's image.
