1. I had read a few negative reviews about Park Shore, but once we arrived we were pleased.

2. The negative points included the physical condition of the room -- the severely cracked sink basin and the torn up counter top in the bathroom, along with the floor lamp that was falling over and had to be propped up against a wall to remain standing.

5. I'm sitting on my balcony at the Park Shore right now and I'm surprised by the negative reviews of this property.

6. One more negative, the hotel is right by a bus stop and at the VERY end of waikiki beach, right next to the zoo, SO there is not as many tourists hanging around and more local people and homeless, you need to watch yourself a bit more carefully then if you were in the middle of waikiki beach.
