1. I wouldn't call what is outside the slider a balcony since there's barely room for two people to stand there.

2. Best to ask yourself what you want from your holiday - we spent our days shopping, heading to the beach, eating, drinking and touring and so were barely in the room but it was a comfy base to leave our things and chill out in at night - what more can you ask for in Hawaii? We did spend a fair bit of time in the pool on the 3rd floor this trip.
"Park Shore did it again! " Read full review on TripAdvisor   10/10/2011 Vote
3. The bathroom had mold in it, the air conditioning or something was dripping from the ceiling, the carpet was disgusting (I was actually afraid to walk around in my bare feet) and our room had an adjoining door to the room next door.
"Good Location, Poor Rooms " Read full review on TripAdvisor   5/5/2011 Vote
4. When the bed finally got there, it was not a good bed and barely fit in the room.

6. The rooms were pretty bare minimum, other than the gigantic TV.
"Amazing Front Counter Staff!! " Read full review on TripAdvisor   7/1/2010 Vote
7. Next day moved to Rm 1022 - Fantastic ocean & sunset view, good sized room, king bed, convenient location, budget hotel - bare white walls, little things needed fixing, air con in bathroom scary looking (moldy & rusty), still noisy (but not quite as bad) - hey, that's what ear plugs are for, large flat screen TV - odd for budget hotel but without any comfy chairs to sit and watch other than lie on bed.
"good budget hotel with some concerns " Read full review on TripAdvisor   3/28/2010 Vote
8. Standard rooms are pretty bare bones, but its really all you need.
"Amazing location, friendly staff, great rates " Read full review on TripAdvisor   1/6/2010 Vote
9. Yes the chairs in the lobby are a little thread bare and the decor is a little dated but if you look past that you can find a good hotel in an excellent location for a great price.
"great hotel for the price! " Read full review on TripAdvisor   10/13/2009 Vote
10. Could barely fit both suitcases in room.
"Only if you are determined to stay on Waikiki " Read full review on TripAdvisor   6/21/2008 Vote
