2. Other advertised perks were a bit of a disappointment: the free breakfast does not amount to much at all and the free parking is almost always full, so you will end up parking streetside anyway.

4. Needless to say I am disappointed in Uncle Billy's and even more disappointed that the AAA travel agent told us personally that she had stayed there and had no problem recommending this hotel.
