1. Door jamb rotten 3 inches up from the floor, structural beams, exposed in the hallways, rusting and corroded, mold, mildew, used Q-tips under the bed.

Perhaps due to the recession this hotel is sadly in need of repair, with leaks dripping onto the carpet in the lobby, rooms that smelled terribly of mold, worn carpets, dirty grout in the bathrooms, plus the noise caused by birds and coqui frogs attracted to the stream which runs through the courtyard.
