I explained to her that I was hardly in the room the night before cause of all that took place in my face in the lobby, so I felt that the second night should have been taken cared of by the two staff members who decided that it was okay to talk crap about the guests even if they are right in front of you.

9. it has the neccessary stuff; beds (need new pillows, little hard), i had no bugs, get the non smoking room, they stink otherwise (and I am a smoker).
