1. A curtain covered a window behind the TV, but the curtain closer was unreachable; someone had to come to help me reach it so as to avoid glare behind the T V and avoid daylight at dawn.

2. We came without doing much research on what to see (too focused on where to eat) so I have thank Stephen (one of the concierges) for his awesome suggestions on where to visit, what to eat and which areas to avoid.
