2. However, b/c I ordered eggs with cheese and they did not put the cheese in my eggs, they comped the other breakfast, I did not even complain, they were just apologetic and service oriented, talk about attention to detail and giving you what you want.

3. When I phoned down to the desk at 12:34 am to complain about this noise - I was told there was a birthday party in the hotel - and the noise should end around 12:30.
