3. The only possible negatives I might add are:- parking is about $25, valet only- downtown Detroit is pretty depressed and obviously so with the many abondoned buildings surrounding the hotel- though the hotel is clean and modern, it's not much more interesting than that- the building exterior needs a deep cleaning- the rooms are a bit overpriced.

4. Only negative was the final invoice from the hotel included about $13 of charges from the refreshment bar in the room, but I never touched the stuff so will need to straighten that out.

5. The only negative was the soundproofing between rooms was amazingly bad, so bring your earplugs.
