2. This particular unit is on the top floor of a three-story building, with no elevator, so if you have very young children (and all the gear that goes with them), or bad knees, this might be inconvenient for you.

3. It is badly run down--missing the deadbolt in the front door, missing light bulb by front door, more than 1/3 of the light bulbs inside burnt out including the overhead in the master BR (it is quite dark without it.
