1. The only issue was that the screen door system needed replacing, we have been informed that this was done the day after we left.

2. There's literally nothing I would criticize about the unit - though while it is good to keep in mind that there is no air conditioning, the powerful ceiling fans and screened-in sliders to let in the ocean breeze made this a non-issue (at least in February).

4. Also a general issue for this coast at present is the presence of vog - this didn't cause us any direct problems, but did mean we didn't see the bright blue skies and ocean we expected - there was always a haze around.
