I soon began to notice issues the door between the bedroom and sitting was broken and would not close and the only way to close the bathroom door was to slam it hard ( not nice for the guests in the next room ) and very tatty carpets I went down to the front desk to see what could be done and spoke to Crystal who could not have been nicer and gave me several opyions including letting me look at another suite, i really liked the location of the original suite so Crystal said that she would get everything fixed by the time that i returned from shopping.

We had a little cab trouble (some of them don't like to put on the meter and/or claim they can't take credit cards as their machine is 'broken') so the front desk hand picked a cab for us the last day for the long trip to Anaheim and we had no problem (there are cab ranks right outside the hotel on each side of the road by the way).
