1. The worst night was definatelly saturday night, when a group of drunk girls were constantly arriving and departing their rooms, slamming the doors and making lots of noise.

6. This is the worst Sofitel I have stayed in, I am a platinum Sofitel customer so I have stayed in a lot of them, this hotel offers nothing special, the service is bad, the rooms are awkward with poor Airconditioning, the showers are a joke.

7. worst thing, they charged me for 3 parking charges (I only drove one car), and I had to battle with everyone up to the manager on duty to get the charges removed (half hour of time).

8. Hotel is full of contradictions as far as having some excellent features such as top-notch furnishings and very helpful and knowledgeable concierge, yet having some serious downsides - including just about the worst sound-proofing this frequent traveler has ever encountered.
