1. After all this great first impression, we are really sorry to say that our sleep quality, inspite of the comfy bed, was very poor.

2. Now for the negatives, the room isnt great, quite small, lighting is very poor, the in-room dining which we only ordered once was awful, the list of things we had to have 'fixed' whilst we stayed there was ridiculous.

5. This is the worst Sofitel I have stayed in, I am a platinum Sofitel customer so I have stayed in a lot of them, this hotel offers nothing special, the service is bad, the rooms are awkward with poor Airconditioning, the showers are a joke.
