I soon began to notice issues the door between the bedroom and sitting was broken and would not close and the only way to close the bathroom door was to slam it hard ( not nice for the guests in the next room ) and very tatty carpets I went down to the front desk to see what could be done and spoke to Crystal who could not have been nicer and gave me several opyions including letting me look at another suite, i really liked the location of the original suite so Crystal said that she would get everything fixed by the time that i returned from shopping.

4. The accommadation was excellent, But the resturant and bar are dinly lit, Making it hard to read the menu's , The bed was one of the best I have sleeped in.

6. Always hard when you expect so much more from these large chain hotels - nothing wrong with the hotel but nothing amazing either - your hard earnt money - because this hotel is not cheap can be spent somewhere else.

8. It's not as luxurious as the Beverly Wilshire, Peninsula, or Four Seasons but the staff is just as well trained and works hard to make you feel at home.
