3. If you order and pay for a King size bed you don't expect to be told by the front desk that only 2 doubles are available, especially when another guest comes to the desk and complains that she requested 2 doubles and got a King.

8. - There were holes and marks on the walls where painting were clearly supposed to be- There was no room service menu in the room- There were no clear instructions on how to use the phone- The electrical sockets and thermostat were all hanging loosely out of the wall- The AC didn't work- The bath tub was dirty (hair)I was exhausted after a day of travel and meetings and didn't complain.
