1. 29 for colour printing, no fax, no scanner, no photocopier, you get a 70cm X 70CM corner where they manage to squeeze a computer and pay phone in a tiny corridor right next to (less than 1 meter) the male and female toilets.

2. It was at that point that one of the many people chatting at the valet desk stepped forward and offered to help us, saying he hadn't realized we were waiting (my daughter is tiny but I'm pretty sure her head was visible above our pile of luggage.

3. The hotel is OLD and falling to bits - the wallpaper was falling off in the bathroom, individual tiny sheets stuck on a wall very 1970s.
