On arrival, the receptionist refunded our taxi fare on hearing of our
problem
s, which was much appreciated, but it didn't stop the fact that we spent an hour standing around after an incredibly long flight.

, but I thought it was dishonest for them to just run our credit card for inaccurate extra charges without contacting us or reflecting that charge on our checkout papers.
