1. We got a room on the 11th floor with a window facing the airport as well, and NOT ONCE did we get woken up or were disturbed by the airport noise.

3. )Also, we booked 2 separate but consecutive stays, and at 9:30 pm on the night before our first stay ended, housekeeping came to the door, ignored the do not disturb sign, and then attempted to enter the room after we didn't respond to the knock.

4. Finally, in the third room, we had working a/c that did not stink and beds that worked, BUT since I was out at night and sleeping during the day, and I used the Do Not disturb sign, my room did not get serviced.

Courtesy shuttle runs every 15 minutes :)Terrific and helpful staff - also NO airport noise (maids on the other hand - we had a late checkout, peeps kept calling our room at 10 am and hanging up) left room to have a smoke and noticed someone took do not disturb sign from door) they were also yelling at each other in the hallway.
