4. Yes, it is a heavily trafficked hotel due to its excellent position as the nearest hotel to LAX Airport and therefore it does show some signs of wear and tear from time to time.

7. The only way to fix the problems is to tear down the hotel, rebuild it, then fire the entire staff.
