8. After standing in line watching four front desk clerks texting on their phones and eating at the front desk I finally got to the front of the line to be told their was an issue with several rooms and that we needed to WALK to the marriot down the street.

10. We want to be transparent with you, our procedures took time and effort to develop and although we cannot guarantee we will never have an issue, we take this matter very seriously - as we do everything that involves guests of Radisson LAX, and that we can guarantee.
