1. When I brought it to the manager's attention, he pretended to be concerned about the situation and said he would look into it and take care of it right away.

5. We immediately reported this to reception who gave the attitude that they didn't really care and it wasn't there problem as the internet is provided by a third party and they have nothing to do with it.

7. Parking is a bit on the steep side, but you are in a tourist city, but the valet attendants were all friendly and took great care of us.

9. I contacted the hotel manager directly as I wanted to avoid this, but their lack of care has made me want to alert other people that if you stay at this hotel, lock EVERYTHING in your safe, because the staff cannot be trusted and the management simply do not care.

10. A great stay at the hotel was destroyed by the discovery that my Rayban sunglasses were stolen out of the bottom of my handbag by the maid and the management simply do not care.
