1. I thought it was odd that i did not have a Do Not Disturb tag in my room but figured it was just an oversight, i generally ALWAYS put up the DND tag but figured i would the next day when the cleaning staff left one.

2. Breakfast service in restaurant was very very cool, Jimbo and Charlie the Chiefs made our 2 boys feel very special and had a great time with them very much an asset to the Hotel, Well done Fellas +++++Staff generally really do a good job to add to your stay would stay here again, as long as Jimbo and Charlie are there :-).

6. The Super Shuttle generally makes a lot of stops, some of my guests took about 2 hours to get to the hotel from LAX to Hollywood.

7. The hotel itself looks much grander than it actually is - its fresh and clean in general and bedroom was well serviced, equipped and had great views of the hollywood hills from our bedroom on 15th floor.
