2. We rang down and they said they couldn't get annyone for a least 30 minutes and as we were going out straight away for dinner/theatre we needed new towels to shower so asked for them to send them up - which they did promptly.

3. I've stayed in different hotels prior to the Renaissance Hollywood, however this new experience changed everything and it increased my level of expectations for the hotels I have yet to stay in the near future thought the world.
