1. Crowded during weekend, not efficient check in - have to wait 30 mins for check in because of the q - When there's a conference, its even a disastrous experience with the q 2.

3. The check in & check out were very efficient and friendly, as were the 'navigators' (concierge) who helped find supermarkets and laundries close by and even recommended a good bookshop within walking distance.
