7. We had no problems whilst staying at the hotel, the staff were very friendly and I would certainly recommend the hotel for comfort, great location and perfect for a short city break.

10. We did have a great nights sleep (no noise whatsoever) and the journey to Universal Studios the following morning was only 5 mins in the car so it's well placed for that.
