1. after many phone calls and phone tag, this was the final response i received.

2. I stayed at this hotel for a conference a few weeks ago (a conference of about 400 attendees) and I will be advising the organizer to look elsewhere next year due to this hotel's lack of response to an item being stolen from my room and no action taken against the housekeeper that stole the item.

6. I responded to the manager again asking him to discuss the issue further with the maid - zero response, zero apology.

7. I was informed, after chasing for a response, in a very short email, that the sunglasses had not been found and they no reason to suspect the maid as she had worked for them for over 20 years - something I cannot prove.
