1. The rooms themselves are a bit tatty and in need of a refurbishment, but if they were all new and nice then you'd easily be paying double the price for this place you are now if not more.

5. There were silverfish around the carpet/tile, the bathroom was overall needing new caulking, etc, the drape was falling down, there was streamer/tape from previous party still up, etc.
