1. Overall we were extremely pleased by the pleasant attitude and service of the staff at Magic Castle and would recommend this hotel to anyone, due to the location and service.

7. The free shuttle service to and from our room was unexpected, and the free mini-bar items - crisps, chocolate, bottled water, soda etc (ok so you have to go down to Magic Castle reception, but no real problem) was another pleasant surprise - and both at no extra cost.
