1. If self-parking, be careful on the tight turns.

2. Check in took over 30 minutes despite no queue as Lauren on reception could not find our reservation and in fact was quite indifferent with a couldnt care less attitude despite me being a Hilton Honours member.

3. The only complaint I would have is that the staff irritated me when I talked to them b/c they could really care less about your question or concern; so they could go for investing some money in employee training to teach them to at least PRETEND.

4. I reserved a non smoking room with 2 beds and I did not care what size the beds were but I did not want a king bed in a smoking room.

6. I can understand not having a credit card reader on the machines yet, but no dollar bills?The people who answer the phones when you call the operator are less than helpful, and didn't seem to really care whatsoever.

9. Because it was during all the BCS games you could joke with them and have fun all while they were doing their job, be it parking our car, taking care of our luggage, giving directions, hailing cabs etc.
