POSITIVE: Rooms were wonderful, amazing view; can't beat the location; bell staff were polite and very helpful; fitness facilities were amazing (however required an extra charge per day); during conference held at the Hilton all staff and servers were top notch; meals were delicious and the parade organized from the hotel to Mardi Gras World was a great kickoff to the conference.

9. 'On a positive side--- the hotel is immaculate; the decor in the rooms is very elegant with just the right amount of color and flair, everything smells clean and fresh, and the lobby/common areas are very clean and sparkling.
