1. The staff were all very helpful and seemed to really be happy working there - the manager and owner were around at times and it seemed that they have an excellent working relationship with the staff which flows to the guests.

9. What really is the bottom line here, the man just stood there and didn't care one bit, nor did he really even try to help in any way, except call across the street, and we had to pay a lot more for our room there.
