1. Coats of paint don't make the place sound proof and even reasonable neighbours making normal sounds kept us awake.

9. Being a native of Santa Barbara and then moving away 9 years ago, it was nice to come back as a visitor and find a nice place to stay that was a reasonably priced stay and allow my dog.
