2. Yes this is an older property, but if clean, nice, and modern mean anything to you this is a nice place at less then half the price of most places in this town.

3. We are never able to stay in Santa Barbara for more than a night due to our busy work schedules but they were able to let us work though the two day weekend min night stay since they had availability, very nice.
