1. Let's face it most Hotels in the area are pricey, but the Marina is well positioned half a block from the beach front and a comfortable stroll from downtown.

2. On the positive side breakast is served free of charge and bicycles are available free of charge for guests and are great for exploring the coast on a nice bike path that starts just adjacent to the motel.
